Job Introduction
Task assigned to each department
Project Site Engineering Sales

- Noise/Vibration consultation in a wide range of industrial fields including machines, construction, the environment, and civil engineering
- Daily noise/vibration consultation regarding civil complaints
- Provision of noise/vibration prevention equipment design guides and supervision of construction related works
- Technical responses and discussions regarding building construction at home and abroad
- Sales activities for creating new customers

Management of buyers, price negotiation and delivery management Winning orders, aggregation and management of sales results
Support overall activities of the sales department
Required competencies: meticulousness, communication skills, fluency with Excel
Find sources of equipment noise and vibration in the field, establishing reduction measures, and examining and managing
Support engineering by visiting architectural design offices and building equipment design offices for new projects
Take charge of the best anti-noise/vibration isolation design in Korea based on the know-how accumulated through large-scale projects home and abroad
Specialized department in the noise and vibration design part related to construction site, housing, hotel, office, special facility (subway, broadcasting facility, sports facility) where complaints occur
Fostering noise/vibration professionals in a wide range of industrial fields including machines, construction, the environment, and civil engineering
R&D team 1

- Noise measurement (business sites, various facilities, places prone to civil complaints, etc.), analysis of noise sources: outdoor facilities such as cooling towers, machine room equipment such as pumps, air conditioners/ventilation fans, etc.Air conditioning related equipment
- Examination of noise impact on new and existing buildings using noise simulation
- Check if the legal or recommended criteria are met and establish the best anti-noise measures when they are exceeded

R&D team 2

- Vibration measurement (business sites, various facilities, places prone to civil complaints, etc.), analysis of vibration sources: ground vibrations such as from subways and railways, outdoor facilities such as cooling towers, machine room equipment such as pumps, and air conditioning equipment such as air conditioners/ventilation fans
- Examine vibration and structure noise impact due to the vibrations of new and existing buildings using vibration simulation
- Check if the legal or recommended criteria are met and establish the best anti-noise measures when they are exceeded

R&D team 3

- Research new technologies and develop new products related to anti-noise/vibration isolation/shock
- Improve performance of current commercial products

Purchase, site supervision, site management, shipment, inventory keeping
New product development and mold manufacturing, manufacturing of water hammer absorber/vibration isolation products, etc.
Externally verify the organization's quality capabilities through the company-wide quality management system (QMS)
Continuously improve core competencies for customer satisfaction with top quality products and services, in-house satisfaction, and CSR
Quality Control (QC): Continuously manage process standardization and process improvement for overall quality management of process products and finished products
Quality Assurance (QA): Establish strategies and plans to ensure long-term product quality such as customer quality response, quality inspection, and process capability evaluation by process
Supporting Activities: Supporting level-up activities through regular quality monitoring, securing preventive quality through quality trend management, project improvement activities by supplier
Accounting: Funding, finance, accounting, taxation
HR: In-house HR system, welfare system, in-house and outside training
General affairs: Credit assessment, construction business performance report, hosting in-house events
