Job Introduction

Technical Sales Department

Provides noise and vibration consulting and technical support across various industrial project sites.

Main Responsibilities
  • Noise and vibration consulting in mechanical, architectural, environmental, and civil engineering fields
  • Consulting for residential noise and vibration complaints
  • Providing design guidelines for noise/vibration control facilities and overseeing related construction work
  • Technical consultations for domestic and international building projects
  • Identifying new clients and performing sales activities

Sales Support Team

Supports smooth sales operations through performance tracking and client management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing sales performance and compiling order data
  • Client management, price negotiation, delivery coordination
  • Supporting overall sales operations
  • Required competencies: Attention to detail, communication skills, Excel proficiency

Engineering Department

Specializes in vibration and noise engineering, from on-site diagnostics to design and technical support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyzing noise/vibration sources and establishing mitigation plans
  • Providing engineering support to architectural and mechanical design firms
  • Noise and vibration control design for large-scale projects
  • Designing noise/vibration control for complaint sites and specialized facilities

R&D Center

Leads technology development through precise industrial noise and vibration measurement and analysis.

R&D Team 1
Main Responsibilities
  • Noise measurement and source analysis at industrial sites, facilities, and complaint areas
  • Equipment analysis for cooling towers, pumps, air handling units, etc.
  • Simulation-based noise impact assessment and noise reduction planning
R&D Team 2
Main Responsibilities
  • Vibration measurement and source analysis for subways, railways, and facilities
  • Vibration and structure-borne noise impact assessment
  • Reviewing legal standards and establishing anti-vibration plans
R&D Team 3
Main Responsibilities
  • Research and development of new technologies and products related to noise, vibration, and shock control
  • Improvement and enhancement of commercial products

Production Department

A manufacturing-based department responsible for product production, quality, and on-site technical support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Managing procurement, shipment, inventory, and on-site operations
  • Manufacturing shock absorbers, vibration control products, and anti-vibration equipment
  • Developing new products and producing molds

Quality Management Team

Continuously enhances product and service quality through company-wide quality management systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operating the company-wide Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Quality control (QC) of materials and finished products
  • Quality inspection and long-term quality assurance (QA) strategy
  • Regular quality monitoring and supplier improvement programs

General Affairs Department

Supports stable organizational operations through comprehensive management of accounting, HR, and general affairs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Accounting: Cash flow, finance, tax management
  • HR: System operation, welfare programs, internal/external training
  • General Affairs: Credit evaluations, performance reporting, company events
